根据中国民用航空规章CCAR-121.593款规定，公共航空运输承运人必须遵守关于应急出口座位的有关专用政策和程序。每名旅客应当遵守机组成员所给予的、执行按照本须知卡制定的出口座位限制的指示。下面所规定的内容将为出口座位旅客提供信息和指导。

一、坐在出口座位旅客的义务

请坐在出口座位的旅客仔细阅读《出口座位旅客须知卡》，遵守执行机组成员指示。

（一）仔细阅读《出口座位旅客须知卡》；

（二）在正常情况下，请勿触动应急出口的门把手；

（三）在应急情况下，坐在出口座位的旅客将优先作为实施应急撤离的援助者；

（四）服从机组成员安排和调整座位。

二、在出口座位就座的旅客应当具备的能力

（一）确定应急出口的位置；

（二）认出应急出口开启机构；

（三）理解操作应急出口的指示；

（四）操作应急出口；

（五）评估打开应急出口是否会增加由于暴露旅客而带来的伤害；

（六）遵循机组成员给予的口头指示或者手势；

（七）收藏或者固定应急出口门，以便不妨碍使用该出口；

（八）评估滑梯的状况，操作滑梯，并在其展开后稳定住滑梯，协助他人从滑梯离开；

（九）迅速地经应急出口通过；

（十）评估、选择和沿着安全路线从应急出口离开。 

三、不能在出口座位就座的情况

（一）您的两臂、双手和双腿缺乏足够的运动功能、体力或者灵活性导致下列能力缺陷：

1. 向上、向旁边和向下达不到应急出口位置和应急滑梯操纵机构；

2. 不能握住并推、拉、转动或者不能操作应急出口操纵机构；

3. 不能推、撞、拉应急出口舱门操纵机构或者不能打开应急出口；

4. 不能把与机翼上方出口窗门的尺寸和重量相似的东西提起、握住、放在旁边的座椅上，或者把它越过椅背搬到下一排去；

5. 不能搬动在尺寸与重量上与机翼上方出口门相似的障碍物；

6. 当移动障碍物时不能保持平衡；

7. 不能迅速地到达和走出应急出口；

8. 在滑梯展开后不能稳定该滑梯；

9. 不能帮助他人用滑梯离开。

（二）您不足15岁，或者如没有陪伴的成年人、父母或者其他亲属的协助，缺乏履行本须知第二条所列出的一项或者多项能力；

（三）您缺乏阅读和理解本条要求的、由山航用文字或者图表形式提供的有关应急撤离指示的能力，或者缺乏理解机组口头命令的能力；

（四）您在没有隐形眼镜或者普通眼镜以外的视觉器材帮助时，缺乏足够的视觉能力导致缺乏本须知第二条所列出的一项和多项能力；

（五）您在没有助听器以外的帮助时，缺乏足够的听觉能力听取和理解客舱乘务员的大声指示；

（六）您缺乏足够的能力将信息口头传达给其他旅客；

（七）您具有可能妨碍其履行本须知第二条所列出的一项或者多项适用功能的情况或者职责，例如：携带婴儿（儿童）的旅客，65周岁（含）以上的老人及伤残病障孕等履行前述功能可能会使其本人受到伤害的旅客。

（八）须使用加长安全带的旅客。

四、可以要求调换座位的情况

（一）属于不能在出口座位就座的情况的；

（二）不能确定自己是否具备应当具备的能力的；

（三）为了履行出口座位处的功能有可能伤害其身体的；

（四）不能履行出口座位处可能要求其履行的职责的；

（五）由于语言、理解等原因，不能理解《出口座位旅客须知卡》内容和机组成员讲解内容的。

如果您不能理解此规定的内容，请联系客舱乘务员。

如果旅客拒绝遵守机组成员发出的关于遵守出口座位限制的规定指示，且拒绝换至一个非应急出口的座位，山航可以拒绝运送该旅客。

Exit Seating Passenger Information

According to China Civil Aviation Regulations CCAR121.593, an air carrier shall comply with the specific policies and procedures for exit seating. Each passenger shall follow the instructions given by the airlines crewmembers on carrying out the exit seat limitations developed according to this Information Card.The following will provide information and guidance for the passenger occupying an exit seat.

1.A passenger in an exit seat shall comply with the following requirements:

a) Carefully read Exit Seating Passenger Information Card.

b) Please don’t touch and move the door handle of an exit in normal situations.

c) In an emergency situation,the passenger in an exit seat will take the priority to become the assistant in an emergency evacuation.

d) Follow crewmember's instruction of the seating and reseating.

2.No passenger may be seated in an exit seat unless he/she has the ability to perform following functions:

a) Locate the emergency exit;

b) Recognize the emergency exit opening mechanism;

c) Comprehend the instructions for operating the emergency exit;

d) Operate the emergency exit;

e) Judge if opening an emergency exit will bring more hurt to the passengers due to their exposure;

f) Follow oral directions and hand signals given by a crewmember;

g) Stow or secure the emergency exit door so that it will not impede use of the exit;

h) Assess the condition of an escape slide and assist others in getting off the slide;

i) Pass expeditiously through the emergency exit;

j) Evaluate, choose and follow the safety path to leave from the emergency exit.

3.A passenger shall not be seated in an exit seat if that passenger would be unable to perform one or more of the following functions:

a) The passenger has the defect resulting in a lack of adequate movement capacity, physical strength and flexibility in both arms, hands and legs:

Ⅰ ) To reach upward, sideways, and downward to the location of emergency exit and exit-slide operating mechanism;

Ⅱ ) To grasp and push, pull, turn, or otherwise manipulate those control mechanisms of emergency exits;

Ⅲ ) To push,shove,pull those control mechanisms of emergency exits, or otherwise open emergency exits;

Ⅳ ) To lift out and deposit on nearby seats objects the size and weight of over wing window exit doors;

Ⅴ ) To remove obstructions similar in size and weight to over-wing exit doors;

Ⅵ ) To maintain balance while removing obstructions;

Ⅶ ) To reach and exit the emergency exit expeditiously;

Ⅷ ) To stabilize an escape slide after deployment; or keep it stabilization;

Ⅸ ) To assist others in getting off an escape slide;

b) The person is less than 15 years of age or lacks the capacity to perform one or more of the applicable functions listed in paragraph 2 without the assistance of an adult companion, parent, or other relative;

c) The person lacks the ability to read and understand instructions required by this section and related to emergency evacuation provided by Shandong Airlines in printed or graphic form or the ability to understand oral crew commands;

d) The person lacks suff icient visual capacity to perform one or more of the applicable functions in paragraph 2 without the assistance of visual aids beyond contact lenses or eyeglasses;

e) The person lacks suff icient aural capacity to hear and understand instructions shouted by flight attendants, without assistance beyond a hearing aid;

f) The person lacks the ability adequately to impart information orally to other passengers.

g) The passenger is travelling with infant (child),65 years old or older,disabled,seriously ill,and pregnant etc, it may result into his or her physical injury if they perform the above-mentioned functions;

h) The passenge must require the use of an extension seat belt.

4.A passenger in an exit seat may ask for reseating if he/she:

a) Meets one of the conditions seat forth in forward;

b) Cannot determine whether he/she has the necessary ability;

c) May suffer bodily harm as the result of performing one or more of those functions which are probably required;

d) May not be able to perform the functions which are probably required;

e) May not be able to understand the Exit Seating Passenger Information Card and the brief ing crewmembers made due to language or understanding ability.

If you cannot read and understand the passenger information, please advise flight attendants of Shandong Airlines.

Shandong Airlines may deny transportation to any passenger if the person refuses to comply with instructions given by a crewmember on carrying out the exit seat limitations, and refuse to move to a non-exit seat.
