Temporary Unavailability of International/Regional Flights to Mainland China for Certain Passengers

Dear passengers,

In the wake of further strengthening the requirements of preventing the COVID-19 outbreak input, and in order to make sure passengers travel safely and smoothly, we decide to suspend the transport of unaccompanied minors, unaccompanied blind persons (blind persons with guide dogs are excluded), unaccompanied passengers with intellectual or mental disability, stretcher passengers, wheelchair passengers and unaccompanied elderly from international and regional departing flights to mainland China as from today, and the recovery time will be further notified in advance.

For the aforementioned six types of passengers who have purchased tickets before, we recommend you adjust your trip. If you need to go through the ticket refund, the cancellation charge will be waived. You can contact the original business processing channel within the valid period of the ticket.

In addition, when the strollers or handicap aids are to be checked at the check-in counter or the boarding gate at the departure station, we will not be able to provide the “delivery at the aircraft cabin door” service, and you need to claim your baggage yourself at the baggage claim area.
