Established in 1994, Shandong Airlines is an air transport enterprise controlled by Air China Limited and co-funded by shareholders including Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Finance Group Co., Ltd. As the first airline native to Shandong Province, we operate from our core bases in Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai. We have built a comprehensive passenger and cargo network that spans the nation and extends to neighboring regions. Our fleet consists of 139 Boeing 737 series aircraft, operating over 380 domestic, international, and regional routes. We operate more than 4,700 weekly flights to over 80 major and mid-sized cities throughout China. Our international and regional network includes destinations in South Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Singapore, as well as Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China).

We have maintained an impeccable safety record for 30 consecutive years. We have been honored four times with the "Golden Wild Goose Cup" and "Golden Eagle Cup," the highest safety awards from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and have also received the “Five-Star Flight Safety Award” of CAAC. We have consistently held the title of "National Role Model in Ethical and Cultural Progress" and have been named one of "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" and received the "Best Airline Award" for over ten consecutive years. As of December 26, 2024, we have accumulated 5.72 million hours of safe flight operations, completed 2.96 million safe take-offs and landings, transported 311 million passengers, and carried 2.51 million tons of cargo and mail.

Guided by Strong Governance and a Commitment to National Responsibility. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, we are committed to high-quality development driven by strong corporate governance. Adhering to the guiding principle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability," we have achieved new milestones in operational safety, business management, and service excellence. While pursuing our own growth, we actively fulfill our social responsibilities as a major state-owned enterprise. We have successfully completed numerous challenging and critical air transport missions, including earthquake relief and logistical support for the Olympic Games. In recent years, we have been deeply engaged in poverty alleviation programs and other social welfare activities. In response to the call of the CPC Central Committee to resolutely win the battle against poverty, we have helped nine villages achieve poverty alleviation and have strongly supported rural revitalization. Since March 2012, we have assigned 24 outstanding employees to participate in various assistance programs, contributing over 19.5 million RMB in funds and supplies, and helping to coordinate an additional 167 million RMB in industry and social funding. Focusing on targeted and development-driven poverty alleviation, we have launched dedicated routes to regions such as Mianyang, Wanzhou, Wulong, Longnan, Anshun, Kashgar, and Datong to support local development.

Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritized and guaranteed air transport for epidemic prevention and control. We successfully operated 50 major missions, including medical charters and charter flights for aid teams, transporting 6,005 personnel and over 180,000 kg of materials and luggage. In this major test, we demonstrated our resolve and sense of duty. For these efforts, Captain Yu Zhenwei was honored as a National Advanced Individual in the fight against COVID-19, while six of our teams and nine individuals received commendations from the national transportation system and the Shandong provincial government.
