Established in 1994, Shandong Airlines is an air transport enterprise controlled by Air China Limited and co-funded by shareholders including Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Finance Group Co., Ltd. Our fleet consists of 139 Boeing 737 series aircraft, operating over 360 domestic, international, and regional routes. We operate more than 4,400 weekly flights to over 70 major and mid-sized cities throughout China. Our international and regional network includes destinations in South Korea, Thailand, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Singapore, as well as Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China).

Shandong Airlines has maintained an impeccable safety record for 31 consecutive years and received the “Five-Star Flight Safety Award” from CAAC. We have consistently held the title of "National Role Model in Ethical and Cultural Progress" and have been named one of "Best Airline Award" for over ten consecutive years. From its launch to the end of 2025, we have accumulated 6.1953 million hours of safe flight operations, completed 3.1741 million safe take-offs and landings, transported 339 million passengers, and carried 2.672 million tons of cargo and mail.

Adhering to the guiding principle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability," we have achieved new milestones in operational safety, business management, and service excellence. While pursuing our own growth, we actively fulfill our social responsibilities as a major state-owned enterprise. We have successfully completed numerous challenging and critical air transport missions, including earthquake relief and logistical support for the Olympic Games. In recent years, we have been deeply engaged in poverty alleviation programs and other social welfare activities. In response to the call of the CPC Central Committee to resolutely win the battle against poverty, we have helped nine villages achieve poverty alleviation and have strongly supported rural revitalization. We have assigned multiple rounds of party members and young employees to participate in various counterpart assistance and volunteer teaching programs, contributing over 20 million RMB in funds and supplies, and helping to coordinate an additional 167 million RMB in industry and social funding. Focusing on targeted and development-driven poverty alleviation, we have launched dedicated routes to regions such as Mianyang, Wanzhou, Wulong, Longnan, Anshun, Kashgar, and Datong to support local development.

Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritized and guaranteed air transport for epidemic prevention and control. We successfully operated 50 major missions, including medical charters and charter flights for aid teams, transporting 6,005 personnel and over 180,000 kg of materials and luggage. For these efforts, Captain Yu Zhenwei was honored as a National Advanced Individual in the fight against COVID-19, while six of our teams and nine individuals received commendations from the national transportation system and the Shandong provincial government.
