Scope of application
1. These Conditions applies to domestic air transportation that uses Shandong Airlines' domestic transportation ticket to fill out, display SDA's flight code, and is carried by SDA; Domestic air transportation that uses SDA's domestic transportation ticket to fill out and display SDA's flight code, but is carried by other airlines; Domestic air transportation carried by SDA, which has signed a sub class sales agreement or interline agreement with SDA and uses domestic tickets issued by other airlines.
2. The fee standards for changes and refunds listed in these Conditions (new standards) apply to domestic tickets sold after July 1, 2023 (inclusive).
3. For domestic passenger tickets sold before July 1, 2023 (excluding), if changes are made and new tickets are issued after July 1, 2023 (including), the change handling fee charging standards listed in these Conditions (new standards) shall apply when changes are made again.
4. For domestic tickets sold before July 1, 2023 (excluding), if a refund is applied for after July 1, 2023 (including), the refund fee before July 1, 2023 (excluding) shall apply (old standard)
5. For specific refund and change rules, please refer to the "Individual Refund Rules" and "Individual Change Rules" below.
General provisions
1. Sales agents should strictly adhere to the principle of price and class correspondence, and shall not sell high class at low prices.
2. Domestic passenger tickets are priced with clear codes, and the actual paid fare is filled in during sales, with the last digit rounded off. The fare is in RMB ten yuan, and the specific price is calculated automatically by the sales system.
3. For round-trip and interline flights, the class can be used in combination, and the usage conditions are executed according to the corresponding class of the specific flight segment.
4. For those who meet the tariff conditions, priority shall be given to the tariff conditions. For those that are not specified, they shall be executed in accordance with the General Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers and Baggage of Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd.
5. When selling domestic tickets, sales agents must explain the usage conditions of the fare to passengers in advance to avoid complaints.
6. The "flight departure time" in these Conditions refers to the flight departure time listed on the ticket 7 days before the departure time of the flight × 24 hours, or 168 hours Both "7 days before flight departure time" and "4 hours before flight departure time" are accurate to the minute. For example, for a flight scheduled to depart at 12:10 on June 8, 2021, the corresponding time node for "7 days before flight departure time" is: 12:10 on June 1, 2021; The corresponding time node for "4 hours before flight departure time" is 8:10 am on June 8, 2021
7. The handling fees for changes and refunds, as well as the difference in fares, shall be calculated based on the face price of the corresponding flight segment. The handling fees for changes and refunds shall be in Chinese yuan, and the last digit shall be rounded to the nearest digit.
8. The NO SHOW or OFLK markings on the ticket can still serve as a basis for determining before and after flight departure
9. The rules for returning and changing special products and special fares shall be implemented according to specific product provisions.
Passengers
Preferential fares, changes and refund rules for children, infants, disabled revolutionary soldiers, and disabled police officers on duty:
1. Infants are charged at 10% of the normal fare applicable to adults (full fare for C/W/Y class), and voluntary change of carrier (endorsement) is allowed. When handling voluntary changes and refunds, there is no handling fee charged.
2. Children (including unaccompanied children) will be charged 50% of the normal fare applicable to adults (full fare for C/W/Y class), and tickets other than 50% off are also allowed. Children's tickets with a fare category of CCH50/WCH50/YCH50 will receive a 50% discount. Children's tickets with adult companionship are allowed to voluntarily change the carrier (endorsement); Unaccompanied children's tickets do not allow voluntary change of carrier (endorsement); If a passenger applies for a voluntary change of carrier (endorsement), they can proceed with a voluntary refund; When handling voluntary changes, there is no handling fee charged. When handling voluntary refunds, the regulations are consistent with those for adult refunds of the same class.
3. Revolutionary disabled soldiers and disabled police officers on duty, with valid identity documents, will be charged 50% of the normal fare applicable to adults (C/W/Y class full fare). The revolutionary disabled soldiers and disabled police officers on duty, with a fare category of CGM/WGM/YGM/CJC/WJC/YJC, will receive a 50% discount. They are allowed to voluntarily change carriers (endorsement) and are exempt from handling fees when handling voluntary changes and refunds.
4. The purchase of tickets for children (including unaccompanied children), revolutionary disabled soldiers, and people's police officers who are disabled on duty at prices other than the above preferential policies must be subject to the refund and change fee standards for other fares.
5. Except for the handling fees for changes and refunds, other changes and refunds shall be carried out in accordance with the following "Individual Refund Rules" and "Individual Change Rules".
Booking provisions, reservation and ticketing
1. Purchase 50% of the regular fare for children (including unaccompanied children), revolutionary disabled soldiers, and disabled police officers on duty, with a booking of C/W/Y class; Children (including unaccompanied children), revolutionary disabled soldiers, and people's police officers who are disabled on duty are allowed to purchase tickets with a discount of less than 50% (excluding). The booking class and fare category are subject to the sales system display.
2. Purchase a 10% regular baby ticket, and the class of service and booking must be consistent with that of the accompanying adult. For example, if the adult ticket is economy class Y, the baby ticket must also be economy class Y.
3. If you buy a 50% regular fare ticket for children accompanied by adults, the class service level must be consistent with that of adults in the same level. For example, if the adult ticket is economy class B, children can book economy class Y but not business class seats.
4. Ticket issuance deadline: The information displayed in the reservation record shall prevail.
5. Open ticket: Not allowed, seats must be reserved before tickets can be issued.
6. For children, infants, revolutionary disabled soldiers, and disabled police officers who use C W Y class full price tickets with a 50% discount, and for government procurement tickets that use C W Y class, fill in the "Q/refund fee" restriction in the "endorsement" column. For other non-full price tickets, fill in the "Q/no endorsement/refund fee" restriction in the "endorsement" column.
Group passengers’ provisions
Group fares and changes, refund rules
One, please consult the local sales agency of SDA for group passengers’ prices and refund and change fee standards.
Two, voluntary change of group passengers: handled as a voluntary refund for group passengers.
Three, voluntary refund rules for group passengers:
Group passengers’ tickets must be used in the order of the flight, and voluntary refunds must be processed by the issuing agents.
The partial itinerary of the ticket has been used: only the Civil Aviation Development Fund and fuel surcharge will be refunded for unused flight segments.
The entire itinerary of the ticket has not been used and must be refunded along with the entire trip. The refund fee will be charged according to the following provisions:
1. All group passengers voluntarily refund their tickets:
1) Cancellation of reservations beyond 24 hours before the departure of the first flight of the entire flight will result in a 50% refund fee;
2) Cancel the reservation within 24 hours before the departure of the first leg of the entire flight, charge a 100% refund fee, and only refund the unused leg civil aviation development fund and fuel surcharge;
3) Cancellation of reservations after flight departure will result in a 100% refund fee
2. Some group passengers voluntarily refund their tickets:
1) Cancellation of reservations beyond 24 hours before the departure of the first flight of the entire flight will result in a 60% refund fee;
2) Cancel the reservation within 24 hours before the departure of the first flight of the entire flight, and a 100% refund fee will be charged. Only the unused flight segment civil aviation development fund and fuel surcharge will be refunded.
3) Cancellation of reservations after flight departure will result in a 100% refund fee

Individual ticket refund provisions
One, General provisions
1. The refund fee is calculated based on the face of the corresponding flight segment, in RMB yuan, and the last digit is rounded to the nearest digit.
2. According to the cancellation time of unused flight segments and the departure time of the flight listed on the ticket, a refund fee will be charged for the applicable time segment.
3. Refund rules for the partial use of ticket: After the partial use of the ticket, the ticket will be refunded, deducting the face of the already used flight segment. According to the cancellation time of the unused flight segment and the departure time of the flight listed on the ticket, a refund fee will be charged for the applicable time period, and the balance will be refunded to the passenger.
4. Refund rules for replacement tickets: If a replacement ticket is applied for after July 1, 2023 (inclusive), a refund handling fee will be charged based on the cancellation time of the replacement ticket, the original fare, class, and fee standards. If there is a difference in the fare charged, the difference will be fully refunded, and the change handling fee already charged will not be refunded. That is, according to the distance between the cancellation time of the unused flight segment of the replacement ticket and the departure time of the flight listed on the ticket of the replacement ticket, select the applicable time period and calculate the refund fee based on the refund fee standard and fare for the corresponding flight segment and class of the original ticket (i.e. the first ticket); Refund all unused segment fare differences collected during the exchange of tickets; The collected change handling fee is non-refundable.
5. The NOSHOW or OFLK identification on the ticket can still be used as a basis for determining before and after flight departure.
6. The rules for returning and changing special products and special fares shall be implemented according to specific product rules.
7. According to the rules in the "General Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers and Baggage of Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd.", refunds must be processed within the validity period of the ticket. For specific rules, please refer to the "General Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers and Baggage of Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd."
8. For tickets that are not used in sequence under the same transportation contract, voluntary refunds will only be made to the Civil Aviation Development Fund and fuel surcharges for unused segments.
Two, Refund rules for integrated round-trip fares
The round-trip integrated fare (referring to the round-trip fare being less than twice the one-way fare) applies for a refund after the partial use of the ticket, deducting 1/2 of the face price of the round-trip integrated fare. The remaining balance will be processed according to the refund rules for the corresponding class levels.
Three, if a passenger ticket voluntarily transferred to another air carrier applies for a refund, a refund fee will be charged according to the refund rules of SDA's flight before the transfer. If the fare difference has been charged, all the difference will be refunded, and the change fee already charged will not be refunded.

2. Voluntary changes require recalculating the fare, and the difference in fare will be calculated based on the face of the corresponding flight segment; If there is a fare difference, it must be charged at any time.
3. According to the cancellation time of unused flight segments and the departure time of the flight listed on the ticket, a change handling fee for the applicable time segment will be charged.
4. When changing a ticket, if the seat is cancelled first and changed to an OPEN ticket, and then a new seat is booked, the fare also needs to be recalculated. If there is a difference in the fare, it needs to be supplemented and a change handling fee will be charged.
Two, Voluntary change of flight and/or date

Three, Voluntary change of class
1. Downgrade (including changing sub class from high to low in the same service level and lowering class level in different service levels) will be handled as a voluntary refund and a new ticket will be purchased. For example, changing from Y to H, B to V, C to Y, C to W, etc. Changing from premium economy class W to economy Y can be processed as a voluntary change.
2. Upgrade (including changing sub class from low to high class for the same service level and upgrading class levels among different service levels), while charging a change handling fee and a difference in class fare. After upgrading class, the change will be executed according to the new class change handling fee standard. If the new fare is lower than the original fare when upgrading class, it will be handled as a voluntary refund and a new ticket will be purchased.
3. If the same sub-class changes (such as M changing to M, M1 changing to M1, M1 changing to M, C changing to C, etc.), the fare needs to be recalculated. If there is a difference in fare, it needs to be supplemented and a change handling fee will be charged. If the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference will not be refunded (the original fare will be manually filled in for the new ticket), only the change handling fee will be charged, or it will be treated as a voluntary refund
Four, Voluntary change of carrier (endorsement)
1. business class (C), premium economy class (W) and economy class (Y) ordinary fares and government purchase fares using C W Y class are allowed to sign on voluntarily. If the applicable fare of the new carrier is higher than the fare of Shandong Airlines after the change, it is necessary to make up the fare difference before making the change, and charge the change fee at the same time; If the fare applicable to the new carrier after the change is lower than that of Shandong Airlines, it can be processed as a voluntary refund. If it is processed as a voluntary change, the difference will not be refunded, and a change handling fee will be charged.
2. Tickets using business class discount fares and other economy class discount fares are not allowed to be signed voluntarily; If the passenger applies for voluntary endorsement, it can be handled as a voluntary refund. If it is handled as a change, it must make up the difference between the discounted fare and the business class/economy class ordinary fare of Shandong Airlines before making the change, and charge the change handling fee.
3. When voluntarily endorsement, if the fare applicable to the new carrier is higher than the fare of Shandong Airlines after the endorsement, the fare difference needs to be charged, and a change handling fee needs to be charged.
