In the wake of further strengthening the requirements of preventing the COVID-19 outbreak input, and in order to make sure passengers travel safely and smoothly, we decide to suspend the transport service of pets as checked baggage (AVIH), cabin transport guide/hearing dogs (SVAN) and cabin transport spirit soothing dogs (ESAV) from international and regional flights to mainland China as from today, and the recovery time will be further notified in advance.

For passengers who have successfully applied for the aforementioned three special services before, if you need to change or refund the ticket, the service charge will be waived.
